Business Systems Analyst II - Clarity (Remote)
About The Position
This remote role may be hired in several markets across the United States. Candidates must be able to work Eastern or Central time hours. The position is part of the Enterprise Project Office and provides advanced technical and operational business system support for the enterprise’s PPM tool, Clarity. The analyst assesses business needs, determines requirements, and implements functional specifications for assigned systems. The role also supports Bank objectives through reporting and analysis, and may involve system testing or development. The analyst may occasionally guide less experienced analysts in the work group.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in system support or analytics; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED/equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in system support or analytics.
- Ability to work Eastern or Central time hours.
Nice To Haves
- Functional expertise with Clarity or a similar PPM tool.
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst representing the business side.
- Familiarity with configurations.
- Reporting background.
- Data stewardship experience.
- Familiarity with Power BI.
- SQL experience, considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Source, compile, and interpret data; analyze it for accuracy and efficiency; and communicate analysis results.
- Provide daily technical support for systems by responding to inquiries, keeping processes running smoothly, and continuously improving the end-user experience.
- Assist with implementing recommended system modifications and enhancements, and potentially serve as an analytics resource for the wider organization or business units.
- Determine system requirements and communicate them through specifications, reports, project plans, or other documentation.
- Monitor and analyze systems to ensure compliance.
- Produce reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing.
- Identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
