About The Position

The Business Systems AI Intern will be part of the Capability Center within ASML Business Services (ABS) US Capability Center, with a primary focus on US business administration projects. The intern will explore how AI can be applied to US Capability Center processes by identifying use cases, developing agentic workflow concepts, and recommending practical solutions that support business objectives. The role includes identifying and mapping repetitive, high-value workflows; helping establish AI as a team capability through recommended approaches, skills libraries, tools, and processes; and collaborating across functions and regions to align deliverables with the center’s AI ecosystem and strategy. The intern will document approaches and recommend scalable standards and best practices, while engaging stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and barriers to AI adoption. The position is located on-site in San Diego, California, and requires regular in-person attendance for work-related events, training sessions, and meetings. Success is measured by proposing and simulating an agentic workflow, demonstrating time savings while maintaining or improving quality, and documenting a framework that supports future use cases.
