About The Position

This role is for a Salesforce Admin looking to advance into System Architecture. At Allentown, LLC, Salesforce is considered the core of the enterprise data strategy, not just a sales tool. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Architecture, the Business Systems Administrator will be responsible for the technical health and integration of the "Revenue Stack," ensuring seamless data flow from lead generation in Salesforce to contract finalization in PandaDoc, and ultimately feeding into the ERP and being visualized for executive leadership in Domo. The position offers hands-on ownership of a modern, integrated Revenue Technology stack, empowering the executive team with data for high-stakes decisions within a stable IT organization and a fast-paced, growing Sales team.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration.
  • Experience (or a strong desire to master) PandaDoc and Domo (or similar BI tools like Tableau/PowerBI).
  • Must be able to commute to our Central NJ office.
  • Possess a "Systems Thinker" mindset, analyzing how fixes affect the entire data ecosystem.
  • Be a "Technical Admin" who prefers "Clicks not Code" but is highly proficient in Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, and Data Loader.
  • Be a "Data Enthusiast" who understands relational databases and has a passion for turning messy data into clean, visual insights.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all core CRM configurations, prioritizing high-performance Salesforce Flows and automated business logic.
  • Technical ownership of the "handshakes" between Salesforce, PandaDoc, and Domo, ensuring the Data Connector is optimized and that metadata is mapped accurately across platforms.
  • Partner with the Director of EA to implement strict version control, sandbox management, and data governance standards.
  • Support the technical sync between the CRM and our back-office ERP to ensure financial and operational accuracy.
  • Act as the technical consultant for Sales and Marketing teams, translating their operational "pains" into scalable technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain complex dashboards in Domo, providing a 360-degree view of the customer journey.
  • Optimize the PandaDoc environment to reduce friction in the closing process while ensuring all legal data "writes back" to Salesforce correctly.
