Genea is looking for a sharp, systems-minded Business Systems Analyst to serve as a cross-functional partner bridging our Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Post-Sales and Product teams. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, process, automation and technology—someone who can walk into a poorly defined or misunderstood process, map it out, identify the pain points, and come back with a clear plan to fix it, with a future state that leverages automation and artificial intelligence. Reporting directly to Sales Leadership, you will own the requirements, roadmap, and governance of Genea’s internal commercial tech stack—anchored by Salesforce CRM—and act as a project manager and internal business consultant to drive operational efficiency, data integrity, and scalable tooling across our revenue organization. You’ll be the person who translates what our teams need into systems that actually work, and who keeps every stakeholder aligned from kickoff through go-live. You aren't just a builder; you are an internal architect and strategic advisor. You will act as a Business Consultant to our GTM leadership, proactively identifying operational friction and proposing high-impact technology solutions. You are expected to dive deep into 'messy' processes, facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders, and translate ambiguous business goals into a structured, scalable systems roadmap.
