As Business Systems Administrator for South Baltimore Gateway Partnership (SBGP), you’ll be a key force behind ensuring that our business systems align with and advance SBGP’s core business objectives and keep pace with evolving organizational needs. The Business Systems Administrator will work closely with the Deputy Director for Operations, becoming a trusted partner with SBGP’s Leadership, helping design, configure, operate, and continuously improve SBGP’s core business systems, including Salesforce and Microsoft 365 Applications. The Business Systems Administrator also will work closely with program, institutional advancement, operations, and leadership staff to translate business needs into well-structured technology solutions, ensuring the systems remain a reliable, trusted, long-term source of business data across all functions. This is not a traditional IT position. Rather, it sits at the intersection of business operations and systems expertise, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This is a hybrid position, working primarily in an office environment, and you will need to attend meetings at the office and events (with occasional evening or weekend meetings and events).
