About The Position
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, support, implementation, and advanced technical programming support of the CRM Slate, third-party applications, and third-party integrations, as well as project management. This role leads medium-sized software development projects, analyzes functional requirements, builds prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions within Slate, supports third-party applications, coordinates with vendors to resolve integration issues, and creates and maintains technical and process documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience analyzing functional requirements and performing gap analysis between business processes and proposed solutions.
- Experience with SQL and modern development tools.
- Experience building prototypes/models.
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently and manage workload to meet project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and organize complex technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Previous experience in higher education.
- Project management experience or familiarity with project management methodologies.
