Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; or equivalent.
  • Ability to utilize the Company's database systems and available resources for data entry, reference and/or retrieval tasks.
  • Working knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point to create documents, reports, and/or graphics.
  • Ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages and simple statistical methods.
  • Ability to communicate with internal/external customers to obtain and/or provide explanations and/or information.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary region/department contact person for operating and maintenance budgets, capital project forecasts and related issues.
  • Enter, retrieve, and analyze data in financial/project management systems.
  • Answer questions, provide information, and advise business stakeholders regarding budgets, forecasts, variances, project statuses, and other requested data.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners such as operations, engineering, finance, contractors, and consultants.
  • Monitor, investigate, analyze, and explain budget forecasts and variances as required. Resolve discrepancies between various data sources.
  • Identify, evaluate, develop, and conduct training, as needed, to assure the consistent application of administrative and financial practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in completing and maintaining accurate records and reports to comply with Company and regulatory requirements.
  • Support various division initiatives or projects.
  • Manage day-to-day service center office operations, including meeting or event coordination, communication, invoice review/processing, and calendar management.
  • Organize and provide data for the annual budget cycle.
