The Business Support Manager leads an area support team, providing clear vision and expectations, coaching, performance feedback, and resource prioritization. This role involves developing and executing a talent management plan, fostering employee engagement, and collaborating with various business units to achieve the overall business plan. The manager also oversees operational excellence, efficiency, process improvement, analytics, and financial planning, including managing area-level P&Ls and reporting to stakeholders. Additionally, this role is responsible for managing office infrastructure, financial and HR activities, administrative support, and ensuring compliance with business disciplines. The manager will also administer fleet programs, manage paper flow processes, and champion EHS&W strategies.
