Business Support Manager/Finance Lead
About The Position
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Support Manager/Finance Lead. This is a highly skilled Finance Lead responsible for the operational and strategic support functions of financials for a large and growing technology organization. This role drives efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across financial processes. The Finance Lead will take care of the entire finance of the group including monitoring budgets, expenses, forecasting, budget/finance allocation and financial reporting for accuracy and alignment with business goals. This person will be the go-to person when it comes to finances. This role is for someone working with the Technology Group.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years of experience.
- Recent experience in large and fast paced technology organization doing financial management/business support management.
- Advanced Excel Expertise (heavy daily usage, including formulas, financial analysis, reporting).
- Expert with Excel including formulas and expert producing polished and engaging decks with PowerPoint.
- Team player attitude and agile mindset as new responsibilities arise over time.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be able to be engaged on a W-2 basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business operations and administrative activities with respect to ensure financial health across the organization.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Support resource allocation and SOW contracts.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements to improve productivity.
- Develop and maintain documentation for workflows and best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making.
