The Business & Finance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day business and financial operations that keep FACETS running smoothly and in compliance with funder, audit, and internal-control requirements. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Management, this role manages organization-wide credit card administration and reconciliation, bank and merchant deposit reconciliation, expense and budget monitoring, and the financial-stability functions for participants in FACETS' housing programs — including rent, utility, hotel, and lease administration for housing programs. This role combines hands-on financial operations (reconciliations, deposits, expense tracking, vendor and rent-related landlord coordination) with broader organizational responsibilities (policy development, internal controls, budget support, and cross-departmental coordination with Accounting, Programs, and Operations). The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with both spreadsheets and people, and energized by building and improving systems in a mission-driven environment. About the Organization: FACETS is a nonprofit organization that transforms lives by stabilizing and empowering individuals and families facing poverty, housing instability, hunger, and financial insecurity. Through innovative programs, strong partnerships, and data-driven strategies, we create pathways to lasting and systemic change. We meet emergency needs through wraparound services and community partnerships, and help individuals and families experience safe and stable housing after years of uncertainty and instability. We strive to ensure that every person in our community has a place they can call home. Every member of the FACETS team plays a role in making a difference in the lives of our most vulnerable neighbors.
