As an Administrative Assistant Manager in Business Support Management (BSM), you will lead a team of Administrative Assistants supporting Digital & Platform Services (D&PS) and D&PS Technology. You’ll foster a culture of productivity, compliance, and professional growth, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to enable seamless business operations. Finance & Business Management (F&BM) is committed to building strong relationships and driving meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative, operations, or people management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to solve problems independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Customer service mindset with experience supporting senior stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to listen, influence, and drive outcomes
  • Highly organized self-starter with consistent follow-through and delivery against deadlines
  • Effective collaborator with remote management
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations for a team of Administrative Assistants across multiple locations
  • Ensure consistent coverage and high-quality service for supported leaders and sites
  • Motivate, coach, and develop team members to build future leaders
  • Maintain a strong control and compliance environment; identify and mitigate operational risks
  • Build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders and key partners
  • Manage partnerships across Digital & Platform Services and the Commercial & Investment Bank
  • Provide strategic direction to improve productivity and business leverage
  • Build alignment and consensus on key initiatives and process improvements
  • Advocate for administrative staff needs and enable effective ways of working
  • Lead performance management, including feedback, development planning, and evaluations
  • Participate in compensation planning and talent processes
