About The Position

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be part of our North America Automotive Commercial team at Stanley Engineered Fastening. You will partner with the Sales team and business leaders to drive commercial strategy, process and reconcile customer chargeback disputes, maintain documentation and update revenue reports for customer chargebacks, partner with the Sales and Finance team to submit customer tariff claims, provide support for reporting and data management for the Fastener Sales Team, and collaborate with Operations, Sales and Program Management on open critical Commercial tasks and process improvement projects. You will also support requests in Smartsheet.

Requirements

Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration or Sales
Minimum of 1 year of Finance or Business Analyst experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word
Strong verbal and written skills
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs
Naturally curious and analytical, with a drive to understand how processes work and how they can work better.
