About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic professional in supply chain coordination to define and steer the supply chain performance for the Beyond Road business line. You will be responsible for supply allocation in support of the business. You will play a key role in advancing Michelin’s commitment to people, profit, and the planet by bringing to bear data-driven supply chain processes in support of our diverse business line. This position is part of an accelerated development program built to strengthen your technical foundation, broaden your experience, and prepare you for rapid career growth. We are looking for a passionate emerging leader who is eager to develop specialized expertise, tackle increasing responsibility, and ultimately contribute as a Leader in Michelin’s global Supply Chain Team. Based in Montreal, QC, Canada you’ll enjoy access to the vibrant city centre with access to all the beauty of the Quebec provinces. As your career progresses, international mobility will be crucial for gaining broader experience and supporting our global initiatives. Our goal is to develop this individual into a high-impact international leader within Michelin’s Supply Chain and Logistics community.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in supply chain management
  • Ability to work transparently within crossfunctional teams and engage various stakeholders across the Business Line supply chain and other Michelin Group entities, especially Sales
  • Strong presentation and effective verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to understand complex cross-functional challenges, conduct in-depth analyses, and lead problemsolving initiatives
  • High level of autonomy and proactivity in identifying opportunities and implementing solutions
  • Unwavering commitment to mentorship and Team development
  • Commitment to supporting colleagues and resolving issues that directly impact customer satisfaction
  • Motivation to thrive in an international environment and adapt to diverse cultural and business contexts
  • Proficiency in French and English—primarily spoken and ideally written—is essential for effective communication with international stakeholders
  • Willingness to regularly adjust working hours/availability to participate in virtual meetings across different time zones
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related field required
  • International mobility required as you advance your Michelin career

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and capturing short- and medium-term commercial opportunities in close collaboration with the sales teams
  • Ensuring product availability by taking all necessary actions to meet commitments
  • Optimizing supply chain performance within their area of responsibility through targeted improvement initiatives (short and medium term) to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a strategic balance between service, inventory, costs, and carbon footprint, in line with Michelin Group objectives
  • Acting as a trusted partner to central commercial management for the relevant business segment, serving as the primary supply chain point of contact
