About The Position
The Business Success Managers are the primary point of leadership and support through working to maximize the value of technology aligning with business objectives. They are the trusted advisor to the business, aligning technology to strategy and delivering real results. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and working to ensure that the IT products and services provided meet those needs effectively, shaping business outcomes through technology. This role will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our Corporate Services group for J.D. Irving Ltd. This role requires on-site presence.
