About The Position

Microsoft’s MCAPS Core organization is responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of Microsoft’s end-to-end customer experience. The Strategy & Transformation team identifies emerging opportunities and drives programmatic transformation across MCAPS Core, customers, partners, and account teams by designing and testing programs, operating models, and customer experiences, then scaling what works to deliver AI-first transformation, customer growth, and measurable commercial impact. As a Business Strategy Manager on the AI-First Operating Model team, you will help reimagine how MCAPS Core operates: how it delivers outcomes through agentic workflows, allocates work between human and token capital, and transforms roles, responsibilities, talent strategy, and culture. You will bring frameworks and methodologies to business teams, run workstreams in agile sprints, and turn analysis into strategies and recommendations for senior executives. The role involves managing complex programs, developing transformation strategies, and engaging senior leaders in defining the future of work. Microsoft is seeking someone who thinks ambitiously about reimagining work, challenges the status quo, and has experimented with and adopted AI to reimagine their own work. The candidate should combine that ambition with structured problem solving, excellent written communication, and the ability to influence senior leaders. The role suits someone who enjoys delivering, bringing structure to ambiguous problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
