The manager will conduct strategic analyses of business needs and environmental trends, assess strategy achievement through reviews, and guide the development and coordination of business unit strategy. They will work with executive management to establish strategic frameworks, implement processes for strategic and operational planning, and maintain alignment with USAA's enterprise strategy. The role involves building and maintaining strategic and operational roadmaps, supporting change management for complex initiatives, and performing research on emerging trends and competitive threats. The manager will also guide team members in research and analysis, support executive leadership in annual strategic and operational planning, and facilitate cross-functional teams in developing and implementing business solutions. Ensuring risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled is also a key responsibility.
