A key focus is advancing efforts that ensure leadership decisions are grounded in real-world insights and connected to how work is experienced and delivered across the business. The role defines multi-year program roadmaps aligned to executive priorities, establishes governance and operating models, and drives execution in close partnership with cross-functional leaders. It brings clarity to complex initiatives, ensures alignment across stakeholders, and maintains focus on outcomes. Responsibilities include developing executive-level materials and briefings, overseeing program investment, and leading special projects tied to critical business priorities. Success is measured by delivering against commitments, improving execution discipline, and strengthening alignment between strategy and day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 7-10 years - Professional experience in Finance, Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Consulting
  • Quantitative Analytics Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, particularly modeling; strong bias towards data-based decision making. (Required)
  • Financial Planning Demonstrated ability to lead financial elements of the business, including budgets. Ability to measure, evaluate and act on financial and operational results (Required)
  • Communication Strong written and verbal communication skills (Required)
  • Can articulate visions/strategies/ideas/proposals clearly and concisely (Required)
  • Shown understanding of high-performing organizations. Thrives in organizations that constantly adapt and evolve. (Required)
  • Cross Functional Relationships Proven ability to work across organizational departments and develop strong relationships across a company. You can navigate across the organizations fluidly at multiple levels (Required)
  • Is comfortable working and leading in an environment of uncertainty and complexity. Understanding of, and the ability to navigate in, large complex organizations. (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve multi-year enterprise program roadmaps and governance structures aligned to executive priorities, driving scalable execution and continuous process improvement.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that advance enterprise priorities and require alignment across senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise programs.
  • Develop executive-level materials and strategic briefings that inform decision-making and provide clear visibility into program performance and risks.
  • Partner with Finance to oversee program budgets, ensure fiscal discipline, and maintain alignment between investment decisions and strategic outcomes.
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
