The Business Solutions Supervisor oversees and provides guidance to the business solutions staff within the workforce development area. This position leads the effort and provides business services to workforce system employers of all sizes and across industries; develops and implements strategies for the effective delivery of services to employers and businesses and is responsible for meeting/exceeding all related performance measures. Will assist the Deputy Director by providing technical assistance to staff as necessary and assist in the direct supervision of the Business Services Unit, the provision of exceptional customer service and the development of long term sustainable relationships with the employer and business community. Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for the professional development of staff, the development and implementation of action plans to address under performance and the coordination of activities with other departments to meet the goals of the workforce system.
