About The Position

As a member of the Investment Services (IS) Chief Administrative Office, this role serves as a trusted partner in advancing the organization's strategic priorities. The position leads the analysis, planning, and execution of critical IS initiatives and functions, delivers executive-ready insights and materials, and drives coordination across Product and Practice teams. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, sound judgment, and the ability to influence outcomes across a complex organization. This role reports directly to the IS Chief Administrative Officer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of work experience or master’s degree plus equivalent work experience
  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities that can change daily and driving results across multiple projects with compressed deadlines
  • Experience in project management, management consulting, marketing, business strategy, data analytics, or a related field
  • Experience interpreting financial data and /or market trends and translating complex information into actionable insights
  • Strong judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to determine what matters most and escalate issues appropriately
  • Project coordination and organizational skills, including the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous issues and identify practical recommendations
  • Business acumen and the ability to connect operational details to broader business strategy

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong working relationships with IS leaders and business partners across the enterprise to enable successful execution of strategic priorities and initiatives
  • Structure workstreams or complete projects independently, conduct analysis, prevent scope creep and drive implementation of recommendations
  • Develop executive ready presentations, briefing materials, leadership updates, and written communications to support decision making and senior management discussions
  • Perform research and analysis on cost saving opportunities, business performance, and process improvements and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise summaries
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data to answer business questions and provide recommendations for action
  • Coordinate matrixed initiatives by tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and manage follow up actions across teams without direct authority
  • Assist with change management, meeting preparation, and stakeholder communications related to operating model changes
