About The Position

Systel’s business is growing, the Business Solutions Lead partners with business stakeholders to analyze needs and deliver technology solutions that improve processes and operational efficiency. This role bridges business and IT by guiding solution design, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of business systems improvements. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a solid understanding of business processes and technology solutions. Who You Are The Business Solutions Lead provides functional leadership for business solutions initiatives by coordinating work, guiding solution delivery, and fostering collaboration between business stakeholders and IT. This role defines, implements technology solutions, and coordinates projects to ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational priorities. The position also oversees the ongoing management and optimization of business systems to ensure they continue to deliver value and support operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with software development and IT teams on business projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for business solutions initiatives by coordinating work, setting priorities, and guiding solution delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Foster collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear communication and effective execution of technology initiatives.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with IT and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, standardized, and aligned with organizational technology strategy.
• Coordinate and track business systems initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Monitor and evaluate business systems to ensure they continue to meet operational needs and deliver value to the organization.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements, standardization, and automation to improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to support the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and evolution of business solutions.
