About The Position

The Business Solutions Coordinator (BSC) acts as a strategic bridge between business needs and technology solutions. The role ensures that implemented solutions deliver measurable value, improve efficiency, and support long-term growth. The BSC is responsible for managing and directing solutions related to development requirements, integrations, and the maintenance of applications and associated systems requested by internal clients, defining efficient methodologies and overseeing their implementation. This includes translating business needs into technical solutions aligned with organizational strategy, planning, executing, and monitoring projects, leading testing, deployment, and change management for smooth adoption, and conducting post-implementation reviews to measure outcomes, adjust strategies, and document lessons learned.

Requirements
