About The Position

We are looking for a “Business Solutions Consultant” to join our growing “Solutions Consulting” team! If you are fluent in both English and Turkish and passionate about understanding and analyzing business needs, this opportunity could be a great fit for you. As a fully remote Solutions Consultant, you can work from anywhere, while your working hours will be aligned with the U.S. Eastern Time (New York) zone. You will work closely with our team on projects and clients across the U.S. Sestek is a global technology company helping organizations with Conversational Solutions to be data-driven, increase efficiency, and deliver better experiences for their customers. Sestek’s AI-powered solutions are built by a team of 100+ engineers working on text-to-speech, speech recognition, natural language processing, and voice biometrics technologies. Recently we have been acquired by Unifonic, a leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in business analysis or solution consultancy
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, as well as process and solution design tools
• Eager to learn and adaptable to new technologies and changing business needs
• A strong can-do attitude and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach — you see what needs to be done and take action
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability — you take responsibility, follow through, and don’t wait to be told what to do
• A flexible and collaborative mindset — you enjoy working across teams and are willing to contribute beyond your core responsibilities when needed
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves, step in where needed, and help the team get things done, even when it falls outside your usual scope

Nice To Haves

• University degree in science or engineering (not a determining factor for this position)
• Experience in Agentic AI, IT, or contact center technologies is a plus
• SQL and API experience is a plus
• Knowledge/experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Agentic AI is a plus
• Experience in speech technologies, Conversational AI, and/or conversation design
• Effective presentation skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Learning and becoming an expert in Sestek’s Conversational Agentic AI solutions
• Analyzing customer needs and designing the best-fit solutions using Sestek product
• Working closely with customers’ business and technical teams
• Providing consultancy, training, and best practice guidance for Sestek solutions
• Supporting customers in designing and improving AI assistant conversations and user experiences
• Building strong customer relationships to increase product adoption and customer satisfaction
• Assisting with critical customer requests and issue escalations when needed
• Reporting customer feedback, product demands, and improvement opportunities to internal teams
