About The Position

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Develop work processes, new hire training plans, schedules, and workflows to meet program performance benchmarks. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff. Conduct mid-year review and annual performance evaluations, provide coaching, and monthly scorecards to employees. Monitor program productivity and effectiveness, implementing adjustments and corrective actions to improve efficiency. Conducts weekly team meetings to support staff coordination and performance Actively participates in monthly regional meetings to align with organizational objectives Maintains consistent, transparent, and effective communication with staff and peers Reviews and evaluates comprehensive service plans to ensure quality and compliance Oversees TDS staff to ensure participants’ progress is effectively monitored toward achieving self-sufficiency goals Performs additional duties as assigned in support of program operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Five years of related experience
  • Two years of supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong management and organization skills
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse population
  • Ability to work across all levels of management and staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
