About The Position

onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated student to join the PSG Operations team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Business Solutions Analyst supports strategic initiatives, process optimization, and technology-driven solutions that enable the company's growth. Working at the intersection of business and IT, this role uses data analytics, business systems, automation tools, and digital technologies to improve operational efficiency and support decision-making. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify complex business challenges, develop solutions, and drive implementation through technology-enabled processes. This role provides hands-on experience in business operations, data management, process automation, reporting, and IT-related improvement initiatives within a fast-paced global team.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality results in a timely manner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting data to support business decisions.
• Familiarity with business systems, databases, or enterprise applications.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and web-based applications.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing technology-driven solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Basic programming, scripting, or automation experience, such as Python, VBA, Power Automate, or SQL.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing or operations.
• Experience with Oracle EBS, ERP systems, or related enterprise platforms.
