About The Position
The Business Analyst, Manufacturing Solutions acts as a strategic partner to Operations and IT teams. The role analyzes business needs, optimizes processes, and recommends technology solutions aligned with organizational objectives. The analyst also supports the adoption of solutions and change management. TC Transcontinental is a Canadian retail marketing services company, Canada’s largest printer, and a Canadian leader in French-language educational publishing. The company has 4,000 employees and has been driving innovation since 1976.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or functional analysis.
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence decisions and act as an advisor to stakeholders.
- Experience in the integration, evolution, and optimization of business systems, including ERP, enterprise applications, and manufacturing solutions.
- Ability to work in complex and multidisciplinary environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Autonomy, leadership, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and JIRA.
