The Business Solutions Analyst, Enterprise Platforms — a role often titled Business Systems Analyst — is a hands-on, ownership-driven position that both defines how NYPCC's business and clinical systems should work and builds it. This individual partners with departments across the organization to understand their needs (the analysis) and then configures, administers, and continuously optimizes our platforms to meet them (the build). The immediate priority is to become NYPCC's in-house expert on our new cloud-based EHR, Arize by Cantata Health, as we migrate from our legacy system, ensuring the platform is configured to support person-centered care, efficient clinical and administrative workflows, and full regulatory compliance. Prior Arize experience is not expected; you will learn the platform alongside the vendor's implementation team, and what matters is a proven record of hands-on configuration on a comparable system. Over time, the role expands to take ownership of additional configurable platforms — such as Salesforce and our Learning Management System — maximizing the value of the technology NYPCC has invested in. Success in this role is defined by ownership: proactively partnering across the agency, spotting opportunities others miss, and shaping the roadmap for our platforms rather than simply responding to requests. Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy & Business Operations, this is a growth-oriented role with a clear path to Manager, Business Applications as NYPCC centralizes ownership of its enterprise platforms.
