About The Position

This recruitment is for a vacancy with the Department of Transportation, Highways Division. The Business Services Supervisor III plans, organizes, directs, controls, and coordinates comprehensive business office services, and supervises clerical and technical assistants. The role involves managing various office services and overseeing staff. The salary range for this position is $5,532 to $6,490 per month (SR-20, Step C to I). Requirements

Must be a citizen, national, or permanent resident alien of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
Four (4) years of progressively responsible business office and administrative housekeeping work experience which included the full range of office services in records and files maintenance, word and mail processing, and reception and related services, and responsibility for at least two of the following areas: a) fiscal recordkeeping; b) budget preparation; c) purchasing; d) inventory control; and e) personnel services.
Two (2) years of supervisory work experience which included: a) planning, organizing, scheduling and directing the work of others b) assigning and reviewing their work; c) advising them on difficult problem areas; d) training and developing new employees; and e) evaluating their work performance.
Must possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
