The Business Services Representative provides operational support for the Association’s workforce development and youth employment initiatives and provides direct support to young adults participating in Youth Employment Program (YEP). This role oversees the programmatic lifecycle of each participant including logistics for worksite placements and mandatory program meetings and trainings. The Business Services Representative coordinates employer engagement efforts and assists the Program Manager with the implementation of business and workforce initiatives. This role ensures the achievement of program goals through excellent customer service delivery and the administrative support of core operational needs while fostering a collaborative and service-oriented culture. This is a grant-funded position expected to run through March 31, 2027, with potential for extension. The FastTrack Futures program serves young adults ages 18-28 who face significant employment barriers. FastTrack Futures will engage and support young adults as they prepare for good quality career pathways that are meaningful to them. Ongoing services will include access to free career training, paid internships, work readiness workshops, trauma-informed case management, and peer support.
