The Futures Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Futures Department in delivering careers education, university guidance, and pathway planning for pupils from Year 7 to Year 13. Reporting to the Head of Futures within the Bursarial Department, this varied and rewarding role combines administrative responsibility with hands-on involvement in organising careers events, university workshops, employer engagement, and the work experience programme. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident working with pupils, parents, universities, employers, and alumni, while contributing to a forward-thinking team dedicated to helping young people make informed decisions about their futures.
