Building Futures Manager
About The Position
Blueprints is hiring a Building Futures Manager. The Building Futures Manager will be responsible for providing oversight for all programs and personnel in the Building Futures Program Service Area. This will include remaining compliant with all grant agreements, reporting all monthly, quarterly, and annual outcomes, and completion of grant applications to maintain funding levels across the PSA. They will lead efforts in staff development and application of best practices across all programs while promoting a collaborative, data informed culture where all staff are empowered to provide feedback and contribute to continuous process improvements. Collaborating with the fiscal and HR teams will be essential to allow for proper monitoring of budgets and adherence to funder imperatives. This position will report directly to the Assistant Chief Financial Officer and be a part of the Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in public or human services administration, social services or related field.
