Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Manager as part of the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will manage the relationship support function for an assigned team or office, overseeing the end-to-end customer experience including onboarding and extensive problem-solving. You will participate in identifying and maximizing growth opportunities and on-site calls with Relationship Managers. Responsibilities include overseeing customer due diligence operations, which may involve the initiation and accuracy of loan documentation processes and the implementation of treasury products, all while adhering to policy and regulatory requirements. You will also oversee a compliance monitoring program, evaluate its results, ensure satisfactory ratings on all audits, and work with business management to resolve issues and address deficiencies. This role requires completing all required assessments, exercises, training, and affirmations in accordance with Bank Policies and Audit requirements, including Business Continuity Planning. You will make decisions and resolve issues for the operations of the business relationship team to meet objectives, interpret and develop policies and procedures to implement compliance and resolve issues, and collaborate and influence professionals at all levels. Additionally, you will lead a team to achieve objectives, manage the allocation of people and financial resources, and mentor and guide the talent development of direct reports, assisting in hiring talent.
