About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Manager as part of the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will manage the relationship support function for an assigned team or office, overseeing the end-to-end customer experience including onboarding and extensive problem-solving. You will participate in identifying and maximizing growth opportunities and conducting on-site calls with Relationship Managers. Additionally, you will oversee customer due diligence operations, ensuring accuracy of loan documentation and implementation of treasury products in adherence to policy and regulatory requirements. You will also manage a compliance monitoring program, evaluate its results, and work with business management to resolve issues and address deficiencies. This role requires completing all required assessments, exercises, training, and affirmations in accordance with Bank Policies and Audit requirements, including Business Continuity Planning. You will make decisions and resolve issues for the business relationship team to meet objectives, interpret and develop policies and procedures, and collaborate and influence professionals at all levels. You will lead a team to achieve objectives, manage the allocation of people and financial resources, and mentor and guide talent development of direct reports, assisting in hiring talent.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience

Responsibilities
