Latent Health is scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a GTM / Business Recruiter to help us build world-class teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and select Business Operations roles. This role is based in our Downtown San Francisco office, and you’ll be expected to be in-office 4 days per week. You will report to the Lead GTM Recruiter, partnering closely on hiring strategy while owning full-cycle recruiting execution end-to-end. You’ll help shape the GTM recruiting function, build pipelines, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects Latent’s values and mission. This is a high-impact role: the talent you bring in will directly influence revenue growth, market expansion, and the company’s ability to achieve its ambitious mission.
