About The Position

As a Business Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across our commercial functions. Your focus will be on building a strong pipeline of candidates for sales, marketing, and partnership roles, ensuring we continue to scale with the right people. We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. Our team is dedicated to driving growth through top-tier sales, marketing, and affiliate strategies. To support our expansion, we’re looking for a talented Sales, Marketing & Affiliate Recruiter to join our team and help us attract the best talent in these key areas.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting for sales, marketing, and/or affiliate roles
  • Proficiency in English (C1) and Russian (C1)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs for sales, marketing, and affiliate roles
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, etc
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Stay up-to-date with hiring trends in sales, marketing, and affiliate industries
