In this role, you’ll own and drive recruiting for highly specialized business roles across TRM’s go-to-market organization, including Sales, Marketing, Post-Sales, and Revenue Operations. You’ll bring a business-minded, sales-driven approach to talent acquisition — prospecting, influencing, and closing exceptional candidates in competitive markets where judgment, persistence, and disciplined execution matter.
