About The Position

This role involves preparing and reviewing service proposals that effectively address client needs while aligning with internal strategic priorities. The specialist will support professionals in executing their business development strategies, serve as an internal resource for best practices related to proposal development and business development, and contribute to the optimization of processes, tools, and best practices. The position also involves assisting management in the development of new strategies. The role is within a dynamic team of professionals, working closely with the business community to contribute to the growth of a renowned professional services firm’s Quebec office. Requirements

College or University degree in communications, business, or a related field
Solid experience in a similar role within a professional services environment (e.g., law firms, accounting firms)
Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written
Clear and effective communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
Outstanding writing skills and experience in drafting service proposals
Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to manage priorities
