The TD Insurance Affinity Market Group (AMG) has a mandate to profitably grow the Affinity business by renewing and signing new partnerships while also expanding access required to acquire and retain customers in collaboration with our 750+ Alumni, Professional, and Employer partners. The AMG sales enablement Business Program Specialist will work closely with AMG's sales teams, and internal business partner to execute on comprehensive sales strategy and develop sales content to support winning new and retaining existing affinity partner programs for TD Insurance. The mandate of this role is to support the strategic sales delivery process of TDI Affinity Market Group. This includes RFP/RFI delivery, development and delivery of commercial insight and sales material to help elevate sales conversation with prospect and partners, evolving AMG ‘s affinity value proposition, and delivering coaching to advance the sales team's sales acumen. A successful candidate will also will work closely with AMG ‘s SBI Business Development sales teams, Affinity Relationship Management sales teams and internal business partners to develop B2B/ B2C sales materials and pitch for existing and prospect affinity partner programs, including General Insurance, Life and Health and Travel Insurance and Small Business Insurance. This role will also support sales effort for TD’s product expansion into AMG's value proposition (ONE TD).
