The Appraisal Dispatcher is crucial to the success of the Appraisal Center of Excellence by internalizing and maximizing the efficiency of appraisals. This role involves managing assignments to optimize resource utilization, monitor, and balance workload, ultimately contributing to a Legendary Customer Experience. Daily tasks include organizing field appraisal/task requests based on geography and capacity, dispatching appraisal assignments and photo-based estimates to Appraisers and IA's, reviewing claims for proper location/appraiser, assigning claims to IA partners, providing data on assignment distribution to leadership, and redirecting incorrect file assignments. The dispatcher will also regularly collaborate with peers and leadership in Auto PD and Residential claim teams, as well as with preferred IA partners and Vendor Management. The role requires assigning claims appraisal requests within WorkCenter and ClaimCenter and working as part of a national dispatch group to ensure balanced workload and timely file dispatch for an excellent customer experience.
