About The Position

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Business Process Specialist to join our team in Peoria, IL! We offer full benefits, PTO, 401k, and more! The GCIO DT&D team is looking for a Business Process Specialist who has good skills in S&OP processes and data skills. Act as a key liaison between IT and our customers and other IT Teams. You will evaluate Machines S&OP processes, and you will need some technical skills in data management (SQL Queries, Reporting, Snowflake databases…). You will also provide day-to-day support to business partners, business managers and other IT teams in relation to product implementation, questions, and problems/incidents. Manage many modernization projects migrating current applications to modern solutions. Future candidates will also help team members to future modernization projects efforts. Coordinate changes to current applications, test, and implement the database applying basic database knowledge.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required AND 10 years’ experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree AND 8+ years’ experience.
  • Good skills in S&OP processes.
  • Good technical skills on SQL and Databases.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • End user knowledge in IBM mainframe and/or any ERP.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to learn quickly is desired.
  • Good team skills and positivity for working in a cooperative and diverse team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in mainframe migration projects or modernization initiatives is preferred.
  • Prior experience with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities
