We are looking for a Sr. Business Process Specialist to join our team Nationwide! This role provides technical leadership and architectural direction for Pardot operations, designing scalable, secure, and sustainable platform solutions aligned to organizational strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years experience
• Pardot Certification, mandatory

Responsibilities

• Define and govern Pardot platform architecture and standards
• Design complex automation, integrations, and data models
• Lead technical solution design across initiatives
• Evaluate platform impacts, risks, and scalability
• Guide and mentor technical team members
• Partner with leadership to shape technical roadmap
• Ensure long‑term platform health and integrity
