This role is within Property Claims Optimization, shaping the future of Property Telematics, Policy Modernization, and Catastrophe Experiences. The selected candidate(s) will support Telematics/Connected Home, but the business may pivot to support Telematics, Policy Modernization, and Catastrophe needs based on the candidate pool. This role plans, directs, and coordinates activities for complex processes, including problem definition, requirement evaluation, design, testing, and implementation. The candidate will understand process operating objectives, business rules, performance requirements, risks, controls, and interactions between dependent processes to minimize failures, eliminate redundancies, and control process performance for efficient and effective design and execution. The role also supports the alignment of processes to the overall experience strategy and vision. The work environment is flexible, requiring 4 days in the office per week, and the position can be based in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Chesapeake, VA, or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available.
