  • Demonstrated expertise in process mapping and modelling
  • Lean Six Sigma certification required; Black Belt strongly preferred (Green Belt candidates with strong project experience will also be considered).
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional process improvement projects with measurable business impact.
  • Strong change management skills, with experience guiding teams through process and system transitions
  • Experience identifying and scoping automation opportunities, and familiarity with workflow automation or RPA tools
  • Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with process/performance data and building basic financial or ROI justifications.
  • Proficiency with process modelling tools

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Experience in the logistics sector and/or in the US military is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or workflow platforms is a plus.
  • PMP or other project management certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from opportunity identification through implementation and measurement of results.
  • Map current-state and future-state workflows using BPMN and other standard process modeling notations to create a shared understanding across teams.
  • Identify automation opportunities (RPA, workflow automation platforms, system integrations) and partner with IT/engineering to scope and implement solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and process discovery sessions with stakeholders at all levels, from front-line staff to senior leadership.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, value stream mapping, root cause analysis) to diagnose inefficiencies and design data-driven solutions.
  • Partner with Finance to build business cases for process changes, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI projections, and risk assessment.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and workflow governance standards.
  • Support change management efforts for new processes and systems, including stakeholder communication plans, training programs, and adoption tracking.
  • Define and monitor process KPIs and dashboards to track performance improvements over time and identify areas for ongoing optimization.
  • Manage multiple process improvement projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines, resources, and dependencies across teams.
