We’re looking for a Business Process Improvement Specialist, Stores to play a key role in driving impactful change across the TJX Canada store network. In this role, you’ll lead operational analysis that directly supports productivity improvements, cost savings, and streamlined processes aligned with business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with Store teams to identify and quantify continuous improvement opportunities while providing meaningful insights that influence decision-making.
