This role is for a Business Process Improvement Leader at First Quality Products Company in McElhattan, PA, with potential bases in Central PA or Macon, GA. The leader will identify, design, and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. The role requires strong analytical skills, operational process understanding, and change leadership through collaboration, coaching, and data-driven decisions. Frequent travel to Absorbent Hygiene companies is expected.
