About The Position

Focus is on execution, sustainment, and continuous improvement of processes supporting Virtual Connect. Executes, maintains, and improves Retail Investment processes supporting Virtual Connect. Ensures processes are designed, documented, tested, and executed in alignment with regulatory requirements, business strategy, and stakeholder needs. Works closely with the Senior Manager, Retail Investment (Virtual Connect) to support end-to-end process execution, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement delivery. Contributes to process outcomes by applying subject matter expertise, analysis, and structured problem-solving to day-to-day process activities. Supports the integrity of process design and ensures processes are consistently executed as designed across Virtual Connect channels.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in process management, operations, or Retail Investments.
  • Strong understanding of process workflows and controls.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with documentation and process mapping.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates in the execution and maintenance of core Retail Investment processes within Virtual Connect.
  • Applies subject matter expertise to support process design, validation, and implementation activities.
  • Ensures processes adhere to established regulatory, compliance, and risk requirements.
  • Supports the documentation of processes, including procedures, process maps, and supporting materials.
  • Maintains process documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment to actual execution.
  • Assists in testing activities for process and system changes.
  • Identifies gaps, issues, and inefficiencies and recommends improvements.
  • Supports implementation of process improvements including simplification and automation.
  • Tracks and monitors process performance metrics and supports reporting on KPIs.
  • Assists in root cause analysis to resolve process issues.
  • Works with stakeholders across Virtual Connect, Compliance, Risk, and Technology.
  • Supports change management and adoption activities.
  • Resolves process-related issues and ensures closure.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement through execution insights.
  • Supports end-to-end process execution aligned to approved design and controls.
  • Maintains accurate process documentation and procedures.
  • Ensures adherence to regulatory and risk frameworks.
  • Supports process performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Supports delivery of process improvements.
  • Provides timely input on process issues and risks.
  • Supports testing, implementation, and stabilization of changes.
