Summary The Enterprise Program Strategy & Implementation (EPSI) team is looking for a Business Process Apprentice to support key enterprise initiatives focused on digital document delivery—such as eBilling, ePolicy, paperless experiences, eSignatures, and electronic uploads. In this role, you’ll gather and analyze business needs, improve processes, support cross‑functional projects, and help design solutions that enhance how customers and internal teams interact with digital documents.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business processes, systems, and industry requirements
  • Gather and analyze stakeholder needs to inform process improvements
  • Collect and review process data to recommend updated practices and procedures
  • Support project planning, communication, and successful delivery
  • Participate in projects of moderate complexity using project management standards
  • Document and interpret research findings for consulting initiatives
  • Support the development of new plans, programs, and operational processes
  • Understand and apply compliance standards (e.g. E‑SIGN Act, UETA)
  • Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
