About The Position

Saputo is seeking a Junior Business Process / CI Analyst for an existing opportunity within the organization. This role contributes to continuous improvement projects by documenting current processes, analyzing performance data, and supporting the implementation of solutions such as automation, standardization, and process redesign. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Sciences/Management, BI (or similar)
Strong interest in data analytics and reporting, processes, workflow and attention to detail
Familiarity with digital tools: data analytics and visualization tool (Power Query, PowerBI)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to communicate and collaborate in English and French, both orally and in writing

Nice To Haves

Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus

Responsibilities

Document end-to-end business processes (inputs, outputs, roles, systems, controls)
Develop process maps, SOPs, and workflow diagrams
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses
Collect and analyze operational data
Support the creation of reports and dashboards
Provide insights to support decision-making and improvement opportunities
Assist in developing tool/process/data analytics/data reporting optimization solutions
Track action plans and ensure follow-up on improvement initiatives
