About The Position

Accenture is seeking a Business Process Architect to partner with teams across Meta’s Infrastructure Hardware organization. The role focuses on identifying process gaps, streamlining workflows, and driving operational improvements using AI and existing Meta tools. The architect will work with business teams to understand current procedures, identify inefficiencies, and design and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and create scalable processes. A hardware background is not required. The assignment is temporary for 12 months and is hybrid, with three days per week onsite in Menlo Park, California.

Requirements

• Experience in business process improvement, business analysis, operations, or business transformation.
• Understanding of AI and generative AI capabilities and their practical business applications.
• Ability to identify gaps in existing processes and translate them into implementable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mindset and ability to drive initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Ability to create software using Claude.
• Maximum 7–15 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with enterprise AI tools or workflow automation.
• Experience with prompt engineering, AI-enabled workflow design, and integration of AI tools into existing business processes.
