About The Position
Accenture Flex is hiring a Business Process Architect to partner with teams across Meta’s Infrastructure Hardware organization. The role focuses on identifying process gaps, streamlining workflows, and improving operations using AI and existing Meta tools. The architect will work with business teams to understand current procedures, find inefficiencies, and design and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and create more scalable processes. A hardware background is not required. This is a hybrid role requiring 60% onsite work with the client in Menlo Park, California. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business process improvement, business analysis, operations, or business transformation.
- Understanding of AI and generative AI capabilities and their practical business applications.
- Ability to identify gaps in existing processes and translate them into implementable solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on mindset and ability to drive initiatives from discovery through implementation.
- High school diploma or GED.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with enterprise AI tools or workflow automation.
- Experience with AI assistants such as Claude and Google Gemini.
- Knowledge of AI implementation, prompt engineering, AI-enabled workflow design, and integration of AI tools into existing business processes.
Responsibilities
