- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
- Semiconductor management experience
- Familiar with AI improvement tools such as Copilot and Claud
- Data driven results oriented
- Superior presentation skills
- Able to be an project leader for global initiatives
